More theory lessons available

I got the bit between my teeth and uploaded to Youtube not one, not two but THREE video lessons on Unit 4 - INTERVALS a couple of nights back (at about 4am, actually!) and today have completed the Printable Support material to go with them. If you’re heading towards Grade 5 Theory, this is compulsory viewing!
